Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Loma! Please review the information below regarding order processing and shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–9 business days (if offered at checkout)
Please note: shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country — these are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Loma is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support.loma@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors/household members first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support.loma@gmail.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
